Meet Kathryn Kennedy

Kathryn has been a Real Estate Agent with Coldwell Banker in the Twin Cities since 2005 and loves what she does! She has been recognized for many achievements including the esteemed President's Club (top fifty agents in terms of volume company-wide) and President's Circle and serves as a certified mentor to newer agents along with her role as a relocation specialist. She has consistently been named a "Super Real Estate" agent by Mpls/St. Paul and Twin Cities Business Magazines.

 

As a lifelong Twin Cities resident, Kathryn has resided in both St. Paul and Minneapolis and is very familiar with the local market. Her background includes a degree in marketing from the University of St. Thomas. Combined with her keen interest and experience in interior design and architecture, she has a well-rounded perspective to best assist her clients.
