Coleen Sanders grew up in the real estate business, left it for a decade to run campaigns for Vogue, Vanity Fair, and Architectural Digest as a Corporate Director at Condé Nast in New York, and came back with both. She is a fourth-generation broker who knows how to work a deal and build a marketing strategy that attracts the right buyer for her properties.
In 2024 she sold the highest-priced homes in both Cherry Hills Village and Hilltop. She had found the land for the Cherry Hills Village house off-market. The Hilltop house was architect Julie Doman's own mid-century modern.
She works throughout Denver and the surrounding area, most often in Cherry Hills Village, Cherry Creek, Country Club, Hilltop, and Wash Park. Much of her buyer work involves clients relocating to Denver who know the city, but not the neighborhoods.
Some of what she sells never reaches a public website. Discretion is part of the job for a number of her clients, and she handles those sales without signage, syndication, or a public showing schedule. She usually has something quiet available before it lists anywhere.
Every listing gets a campaign built for that house alone. The houses are usually worth photographing, which is how hers end up in the LA Times, Luxe, Colorado Homes & Lifestyles, and the Denver Business Journal. She is consistently ranked among Colorado's top 1% by the Denver Metro Association of Realtors and named to RealTrends “America's Best”.
Coleen has served five years on the committee for Fête des Fleurs, the Denver Botanic Gardens' largest annual fundraiser. She lives in Cherry Hills Village with her husband and their two children, plays tennis and paddle, skis, and travels with her family, often back to Northern Michigan, New York, and Palm Beach.
